IntelliFunnel Labs ("IntelliFunnel Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at intellifunnellabs.com and provides B2B demand generation services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information and business data when you use our site or engage with our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide and information collected automatically:

• Job application data: details you submit when you apply for a role, as described in section 11.
• Contact and inquiry data: name, work email address, company name, the service you are interested in, and any message you submit via our contact form.
• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, browser and device type, referring URL, and IP address, collected automatically via server logs and analytics.
• Intent and firmographic data: when we deliver our demand generation services to your organization, we process business contact data, firmographic attributes, and buying-activity data as described in our service agreements.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Respond to contact form submissions and schedule strategy conversations.
• Deliver and improve our demand generation services.
• Send service-related communications (no unsolicited marketing without opt-in).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Maintain the security and integrity of our website and services.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA / UK)

Where applicable, we process personal data under the following legal bases: contractual necessity (to deliver our services), legitimate interests (to improve our website and services and prevent fraud), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where explicitly provided.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: email delivery, CRM, and analytics vendors operating under data processing agreements.
• Affiliates: companies under common control with IntelliFunnel Labs, when required to deliver the services you have engaged, under the same data protection terms.
• Law enforcement or regulators: when required by applicable law or court order.

5. Data Retention

Contact inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Service delivery data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by applicable law or our records retention schedule.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our site uses session cookies strictly necessary for operation and may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. We do not serve third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may be affected.

7. AI Crawlers and Data Training

Our robots.txt permits GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, and Google-Extended to crawl our public pages. We do not permit use of our proprietary methodology, service data, or client-identifying information for AI model training.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@intellifunnellabs.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Security

SOC 2 Type II is in progress. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; please contact us immediately if you believe your information has been compromised.

10. International Transfers

We are headquartered in the United States. If you are located outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US or other jurisdictions. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other appropriate safeguards where required.

11. Candidate Data

This section covers what happens to your information when you apply for a role through our careers page.

What we collect. The role you apply for; your name, phone number and email address; and, if you choose to give them, your LinkedIn profile, total experience, current location, current employer and notice period, how you heard about us, and your education details. We also collect your self-ratings for technical and soft skills, your three written answers, your availability for the onboarding workshop, and the date and time you gave consent. Your IP address is used briefly to block abusive repeat submissions and is not stored with your application.

Why we collect it. To assess your application, prepare and schedule your interview, contact you about the role, and meet our legal obligations. We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.

Who sees it. Our hiring team, and the email delivery provider that carries your application to them under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it. If you are not hired, we delete your application within 12 months after the role closes. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employee record and is kept under our employee records policy.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your application, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to privacy@intellifunnellabs.com with the subject "Candidate data" from the email address you applied with. We act on deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Withdrawing consent ends your application but does not affect processing that already took place. If you are in India and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via the site or direct notice where required.
